A 54km point on a cruiser that is as fast and agile as most frigates and is custom-designed to murder said frigates seems pretty broken to me

An inty would be a better, faster and cheaper no damage solution in this scenario.

that is less a function of raw damage as it is a function of shooting at the EM hole that most Guristas ratting ships have |
